Heavy smokers at risk for deadly kidney cancer

Do you know the definition of heavy smokers?

It's a person who smokes more than a pack or two of cigaretters a day.

Of course heavy smoking is not good for your health but recently not only how much you smoke but also how long you smoke is related to your developing life threatening disease.

The World Health Organization(WHO) says that one of the most public health threatening thing may be tobacco use.

And WHO also predicts that almost half of smokers may die from a disease that occurred by smoking.

One of the disease is advanced kidney cancer.

By the way why smoking increasing the rate of kidney cancer?

It's because once you inhale cigarette smoke, the poisonous substance absorbed in lung blood and the blood are finally excreted to kidney.

As you may know it's leak.

Previous research already establishes the relationship between kidney cancer and smoking.

The research says that as you smoke up to 10 years, the risk getting kidney cancer only increased by 6 percent compared to nonsmokers.
But if you smoke over 30 to 40 packs of years, your risk increased to 80 percent.

Recently researchers at Duke University find if you quit smoking for a long decade, maybe 20 or 30 years, The odds of getting advanced kidney cancer will be almost the same as non-smokers, but not quit.
